Next up is a spectacular dinner featuring the premier wines of legendary Champagne producer; Billecart-Salmon, co-hosted by Billecart Ambassador Clement Calleja and Master Sommelier (MS), Jesse Becker (and a surprise MS guest as well).
We will showcase the exceptional and highly-regarded releases of the 2002 Cuvée Nicolas Francois and Tête de Cuvée 2008 Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon, sublime wines enhanced by the addition of no fewer than 6 other Billecart-Salmon Champagnes.
Billecart is considered among the world’s greatest Champagne Houses, acknowledged as one of the premiere rosé producers. DouxVin was fortunate to secure a limited allocation of these highly coveted, difficult to access wines (all of which will be available at the event for you to add to your collection).
