Please join Master Sommelier Peter Neptune for a fun night exploring "The New California". Peter will guide us through how practices are changing in California as we grow up as a wine industry. We will be introduced to 10 wineries that are spearheading the New California with organic and biodynamic viticultural practices and ensuring only wine goes in the bottle. We will have 30 minute reception with passed appetizers, and then family style paired dishes selected by Peter to accompany the wonderful wine selection.
