Join us for a wonderful evening as we indulge in the tremendous Premier Cru and Grand Cru wines from Domaine William Fèvre and Bouchard Père & Fils, plus the incredible Henriot Tête du Cuvée Vintage 2005 Cuvée Hemera.  We will be joined by Didier Séguier, winemaker for William Fèvre, and Tanya Evans, Western Region Director for Maisons & Domains Henriot. 

Didier, who originates from the Bordeaux region, knew from a very early age that he wanted to become a winemaker.  In 1992 he joined Bouchard in Beaune as assistant to their legendary winemaker Philippe Prost. Thanks to his skill and management talent, he was promoted to the Fèvre management team when Henriot acquired the Domaine in 1998. Since then, Didier and his team have fostered the domain, giving it a style and an identity that now place it among the best of Chablis.

Didier, together with DouxVin’s Master Sommelier, Peter Neptune will guide us through a selection of 10 exceptional wines from Henriot, Fèvre and Bouchard, accompanied by a multi-course meal, paired perfectly to accentuate the brilliance of the wines:
